About the Coach

Hi. I'm Jake Jacobson. Coaching several U.S. Olympians and many national champions in the highly technical sport of racewalking, has required a knowledge of bio-mechanics and physical conditioning. Applying my training principles to golfers has achieved dramatic results. My clients are now hitting further - with more rotational speed and more power - improving their drives - on average, by 20-35 yards. With my proven flexibility, endurance and strength training workouts, they remain strong during golf practice sessions and during their games - from the first to the eighteenth hole

Please note. In no way, do I profess to teach golf technique. Nor do my training workouts interfere with your pro's or other golf teachings. Rather, after golf-specific strength and flexibility workouts, my clients and I have found that they are better able, physically, to perform the drills and technique sessions that their golf pro provides - actually complementing the pro's work. Everyone wins!

There are NO quick fixes.

Noticeable improvement is usually seen / felt in 6-8 weeks.
